In CHIPAWO training is handled by the Zimbabwe Academy of Ars Education in conjunction with other CHIPAWO Units such as  Music and Musical Instrument Development and Media.

The principal instrument for the training activities of this division is its Zimbabwe Academy of Arts Education for Development  (GO THERE). The Academy offers diplomas and certificate and many short courses in performing arts and media arts. For details of what it offers and its rates, go to  Sales and Services .

Though the bulk of its work is effected through the Academy, the Training Division is also responsible for all internal training in CHIPAWO. This includes the training of CHIPAWO Arts Educators, in-service training to staff, training consultancies and workshops.
